What is SSC?

The Structural Strength Collective is Jake’s online training and education community on Skool. Membership brings together the available program library, courses, weekly Q&As, member movement reviews and community support.

Where do I access everything?

Use Skool on your computer or through its mobile app for the community and course content. The separate SSC web app lets you track workouts in your browser and is included in membership.

Is it suitable for beginners?

The programming includes progressions and regressions for different experience levels. Check the currently available programs on Skool to find an appropriate starting point.

What equipment do I need?

It depends on the program. Hybrid training combines weights and bodyweight exercises; calisthenics programs use bodyweight movements and may require equipment such as a pull-up bar. Check the requirements for your chosen program before starting.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel your membership. For annual membership, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 12-month billing cycle. Review the current billing and cancellation terms on Skool before joining.

Are all programs available immediately?

You get access to the available library when you join. Further programs and phases are added as they are released. Check Skool for the current selection.

Will my founding member price change?

As stated in the current membership offer, your founding rate remains locked in while your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin, the rate available at that time applies.

What if I previously bought an individual program?

You keep access to the PDFs or spreadsheets you already purchased. SSC membership is required for the community, coaching and access to programs through the SSC app.
