Optimised for sustainable progress across up to 4 Full Body days, this program builds a foundation of muscular endurance and skill-specific technique before progressing to higher volumes and harder variations to maximise both the muscular and neurological components necessary to unlock superior strength. This focuses on high volumes of targeted training for main calisthenics skills, with calculated variation in reps, hold durations, set numbers, and intensity to produce rapid, consistent progress. Extra accessory movements like push up and pull up variations, as well as some isolation movements mean you’ll also optimise for functional muscle growth that will not only help you achieve your strength goals faster, but give you a solid, balanced physique that matches your strength. This also includes body weight leg exercises for proportional leg development. While this program will guarantee muscle growth, if you’re less interested in gaining specific skills and want to maximise muscle growth while achieving high-level body weight strength, check out my Build Bodyweight Programs.

✔️ Duration: Total of 12 weeks. Each workout takes approximately 60-90 minutes. Each program can be extended using the included Program Guide to modify your exercise selection and continue progressively overloading.

✔️ Required Fitness level: 

  • 15+ push ups, 6+ pull ups, 30+ bodyweight squats

✔️ Required Equipment: pull up bar, rings, set of at least 3 bands, parallettes/bricks/blocks for deep push ups.
