BUILD YOUR DREAM PHYSIQUE WITH ONLY YOUR BODY WEIGHT 

Optimised for sustainable progress across up to 4 Full Body days, this program builds a foundation of muscular endurance and coordination before progressing to higher volumes and harder variations to maximise muscle growth and strength at the same time. This focuses on developing high-level body weight basics all the way up to 1 arm push ups, archer and typewriter pull ups, handstand push ups, pistol squats, and advanced dips. These also build the exact muscles and movement patterns needed for more skill-based calisthenics movements like muscle ups and 1 arm pull ups, however if you’d prefer to focus on skills with less optimisation towards muscle growth, consider one of my Skills Programs.

 

✔️ Duration: Total of 12 weeks. Each workout takes approximately 60-90 minutes. Each program can be extended using the included Program Guide to modify your exercise selection and continue progressively overloading.

✔️ Required Fitness level: 

  • 15+ push ups, 6+ pull ups, 30+ bodyweight squats

✔️ Required Equipment: pull up bar, rings, parallel bars, set of at least 3 bands, parallettes/bricks/blocks for deep push ups. Weights and weight belt optional.
