Optimised for rapid progress across a 3-4 day split, this includes all the fundamental calisthenics movements needed to develop the perfect full-body strength and skill base to allow you to then take your body weight strength journey to the next level – whether you choose to go all-in on skills, muscle building, or any mix of the two. If you follow the program and included Exercise Fundamentals Guide as written, you are GUARANTEED to gain essential body weight strength while packing on muscle at the same time. It also includes an additional Foundations Program for those with little to no fitness experience to get them off the ground.

BUILD BODYWEIGHT 1.0:

Optimised for sustainable progress across up to 4 Full Body days, this program builds a foundation of muscular endurance and coordination before progressing to higher volumes and harder variations to maximise muscle growth and strength at the same time. This focuses on developing high-level body weight basics all the way up to 1 arm push ups, archer and typewriter pull ups, handstand push ups, pistol squats, and advanced dips. These also build the exact muscles and movement patterns needed for more skill-based calisthenics movements like muscle ups and 1 arm pull ups, however if you’d prefer to focus on skills with less optimisation towards muscle growth, consider one of my Skills Programs.

Learn how to get lean while maximising muscle mass and performance to have a body that feels strong and looks strong at the same time.

PROGRAMS OVERVIEW

✔️ Duration: Foundations: 6-16 weeks (optional), Initiate Bodyweight: 12 weeks, Build Bodyweight 1.0: 12 weeks. Each workout takes approximately 45-90 minutes depending on rest and warm-up times. Each program can be extended using the included Program Guide to modify your exercise selection and continue progressing.
