Learn Advanced Calisthenics Skills Faster
Skills 1.0 is designed to help you develop high-level calisthenics movements using structured, science-based strength training principles.
The program focuses on building the strength, coordination, and neurological adaptations required for advanced skills including:
Muscle-ups
Planche progressions
Handstand push-ups
Front and back lever progressions
These skills are developed through targeted progressions and intelligently structured training, helping you learn complex movements as efficiently as possible.
The program is optimised across up to 4 full-body training days per week, gradually increasing training intensity and volume to ensure consistent progress.

Progressive skill progressions
Variation in sets, reps, and hold durations
Structured intensity increases
Targeted accessory exercises
Accessory movements such as push-up and pull-up variations, along with some isolation work, ensure you also develop functional muscle growth to support your skill progression.
