BUILD BODYWEIGHT 1.0

Progress Toward Advanced Bodyweight Strength

Once you’ve built your foundation, Build Bodyweight 1.0 takes your strength to the next level.

This program uses up to 4 full-body training sessions per week, gradually increasing volume and exercise difficulty to drive continued strength and muscle growth.

The program progresses toward high-level bodyweight movements including:

🟢 Archer and typewriter pull-ups
🟢 Handstand push-ups
🟢 Pistol squats
🟢 Advanced dip variations
