Optimised for rapid progress across a 3-4 day split, this includes all the fundamental calisthenics movements needed to develop the perfect full-body strength and skill base to allow you to then take your body weight strength journey to the next level – whether you choose to go all-in on skills, muscle building, or any mix of the two. If you follow the program and included Exercise Fundamentals Guide as written, you are GUARANTEED to gain essential body weight strength while packing on muscle at the same time. It also includes an additional Foundations Program for those with little to no fitness experience to get them off the ground.

BUILD BODYWEIGHT 1.0:

Use science-based strength training techniques to learn body weight classics as fast as possible. Get muscle ups, planche, handstand push ups, and levers, all while building functional strength and muscle by levelling up calisthenics basics like intermediate-advanced push ups and pull up variations.

Optimised for sustainable progress across up to 4 Full Body days, this program builds a foundation of muscular endurance and skill-specific technique before progressing to higher volumes and harder variations to maximise both the muscular and neurological components necessary to unlock superior strength. This focuses on high volumes of targeted training for main calisthenics skills, with calculated variation in reps, hold durations, set numbers, and intensity to produce rapid, consistent progress. Extra accessory movements like push up and pull up variations, as well as some isolation movements mean you’ll also optimise for functional muscle growth that will not only help you achieve your strength goals faster, but give you a solid, balanced physique that matches your strength. This also includes body weight leg exercises for proportional leg development.
